The 1970s: Can You Name City’s Free 12?

The series of features covering Manchester City in the 1970s continues with this small amount of praise published on this day (10 January) in 1970 in the Liverpool Echo. The brief post comments on how 12 City players who had appeared to date in the 1969-70 had cost the Blues nothing. So, how about a quick test to see if you can name those 12?

I’ll post the answer tomorrow. You can put your guesses in the comments area below. It’s worth noting that this season of 1969-70 ended with the Blues winning their first major European trophy with many of these players in their team.
